How do I install the Android app?

You can download the app from Google Play Store.

 

How many accounts can I have?

Users are only allowed to have 1 Repocket account.


 Any users found to have multiple Repocket accounts will have their other accounts banned and withdrawals rejected.

 

How do I update the Android app? 

You will get a notification on your Android phone if there's a version which you can update into. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the app from Google Play Store.

The new version of the app will replace the existing version automatically.

 

I am experiencing an issue with the app; how do I fix this?

If you are experiencing an issue, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed, as this will fix most issues.


If you have the latest version of the app installed and are still experiencing issues, contact us, and we'll provide you with one-on-one support to fix any issues.

 

How frequently is reporting updated?

All reporting is updated daily; this includes referrals, bandwidth used and earnings. 


Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can use the same account on as many devices and connections as you have. Log in to the same account for each device you want to use. 

3 devices = 1 IP or connection.

 

How to check device and connection status?

You can check the list of devices and it's connection status on the Device List tab. It's available on the mobile apps, Windows app as well as on the web dashboard.

 

How do I withdraw my balance?

The minimum withdrawal amount is USD $5.00. Once you reach this amount on your balance, the withdrawal button will activate.


 

Can I share bandwidth on Wi-Fi and Mobile Data?

You can earn credits on Wi-Fi and mobile data (3G, 4G, 5G) connections.

 

How do I delete my account?

You can log in to your Repocket app on Android or iOS, click on more and you will see the delete account option. 

  

Does the app continue running in the background on Android?

Yes, the app will continue running in the background even when you lock your phone.

To enable the app to continue running, you must activate the settings in the app. Load app on boot, Allow it to display over other apps and Disable battery optimization.

 

How can I submit feedback?

You can submit feedback via the feedback form on the app or the contact form on the web. 

 

How can I submit a bug report?

You can submit a bug via the contact form.

How can I earn more?

You can add more devices and refer more users to maximise your earnings. There is no limit on earnings, so refer to as many users as possible.

Is my privacy secure and protected?

We take privacy very seriously. We do not share your personal information outside the information needed to operate this service, like your IP address, carrier/ISP, and city.

 

How is my internet used?

Clients of Geonode's proxy services use your internet. Companies use your internet to monitor prices, search Google, monitor stock pricing, competitor research and similar activities.

 

Which devices can I use?

The app is now available for Windows PC, Mac, Android, IOS, Linux and Docker. The other versions will be available on the platform soon.

 

Which payment methods can I use?

We currently use PayPal, Wise Transfer, USDT, BTC, and Gift Certificates and will be integrating more options soon.

 

Which types of internet connections are supported?

We currently support LAN or Wired Connections, Mobile Data, and Wi-Fi connections only.

 

What countries are supported?

The Repocket app works all around the world. It allows you to earn passively without any country restrictions.

 

Why was my IP address banned?

If we believe you are not following our terms and conditions, you will be banned from using our services. Play nicely, and there won't be any issues.

 

Can I use VPN?

Yes, the app now works even if you have a VPN. 

 

How to switch to a different language?

Currently, the app only supports English but we will support more languages in our future updates.

 

How to fix disconnection issues?

Please make sure that you have the latest app version. Try to log out and log in again, this normally fixes the disconnection issues. You can also check our troubleshooting guide. If you're still experiencing this problem, please contact us so we can further check.

 

Why did my earnings become zero?

Please log out and log in again on the app or if you're viewing on a web browser, please refresh the page. It should show the correct amount afterwards.

 

How much do I earn per 1 GB?

Residential IPs: $0.10 per GB

Non-Residential/Data Center IPs: $0.10 per GB

 

Why didn't I get the points after completing a task on Offerwall?

Please wait a few hours if you don't receive your points after completing tasks. Make sure you didn't use a VPN when you completed an offer. Lastly, if you still haven't received your points, please reach out to the support team of the offerwall provider. 

 

Is VPN allowed to complete tasks on Offerwall?

Usage of a VPN might lead to your Repocket user ID being blocked. You won't be able to complete offers even if you legitimately change your IP.
