Disconnection Troubleshooting Tips

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the app for your device and a stable internet connection. You can always find the latest one on this page: https://repocket.co/download/

2. Logging out and logging in again to the app can help refresh your connection and fix the disconnection issue.

3. If the steps above don't work, you can try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Should the issue persists please contact us so we can investigate.

 

Check The Settings On Your Android Phone

When you installed the app it will ask you at the start to disable battery optimization and allow the app to appear on top. This lets the app run in the background and continuously share internet.

 

Appear On Top - To check on this go to your phone's settings menu, Apps, look for Repocket and click on it.

Check if you have the same settings: Appear on top should be "On"

Click on Battery and make sure it's Unrestricted

Check The Settings On Your PC  Repocket App

There are only 2 settings you need to check in the PC version of the Repocket app.

1 The "Sharing Internet" must be enabled

2 "Launch on Startup" must be enabled too
